Informal Resolution: Customers must first contact us at support@garageelitesystems.com within 30 days of the issue arising to attempt informal resolution.

Binding Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of any class or representative action.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the Website.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
