Refund policy

3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Installed, heavily used, damaged due to misuse, or modified products may not qualify for return approval.

4. Return Process

All returns must be completed by mail.

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
  • The item must be shipped within 7 days after return approval

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

5. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchanges for the same item do not incur a restocking fee unless otherwise specified.

6. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within the 30-day return window.

Replacement items will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the return process must be followed
