This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on garageelitesystems.com. Garage Elite Systems is owned and operated by G & C Design LLC.

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 9 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $60 for orders under $100 / Free shipping for orders over $100

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 3 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If a product requires additional processing time, the product page will indicate this and will override the standard delivery timeframe.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Orders under $100 are charged a $60 shipping fee.
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Applicable taxes may still apply at checkout when required by law.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated 3 to 9 business days, please contact our customer support team.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with neighbors or building management before contacting support.

Garage Elite Systems is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Garage Elite Systems is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
